All contracts are entered into with FREUDINC LTD, a limited company, and not with an individual.

Order Process and Contract Formation

The steps required to place an order and conclude a contract are as follows:

  1. You select the product or service displayed on freudinc.org.

  2. You review the description, pricing, and applicable terms.

  3. You provide the required billing and contact information.

  4. You submit your order by completing the checkout process and making payment.

  5. You receive an order confirmation email.

A legally binding contract is formed only when FREUDINC LTD accepts your order, either by sending an order confirmation or by providing access to the product or service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for any reasonable reason, including pricing errors or availability issues.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the website. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

VAT is applied where required by law.

Fulfilment and Access

Cancellation Rights (Consumer Cooling-Off Period)

Upon successful payment:

  • Digital products or services will be made available immediately or within the timeframe stated on the relevant product or service page.

  • Where access is provided via email or an online platform, delivery is deemed complete once access has been issued.

If we are unable to fulfil an order within the stated timeframe, you will be entitled to a refund.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with FREUDINC LTD within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Cancellation Period:

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from:

  • The day the contract is concluded (for digital content or services), or

  • The day you receive the goods (for physical products)

How to Cancel:

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).

Effects of Cancellation:

If you cancel within the 14-day period:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel:

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Services that have been fully performed, where performance began with your express consent

  • Digital content supplied immediately after purchase, where you agreed to waive your right to cancel

  • Custom-made or personalised goods

Where applicable, you will be asked to provide express consent before supply begins.

6. Refunds and Cancellations Outside the Cooling-Off Period

Any refunds requested outside the statutory cancellation period are handled at the discretion of FREUDINC LTD, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact FREUDINC LTD first at nmfreud@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services or refusal of future transactions.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FREUDINC LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
